By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging in our installation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities as a customer of Direct Fence.

1. Use of Website

2. Quotes and Estimates

• All estimates provided by Direct Fence are valid for 10 days unless otherwise noted.  Pricing can be changed by Direct Fence Distributors LLC at anytime.
  
  
• Estimates are based on information provided at the time of the request and may change after an on-site inspection.
  
  
• Final pricing reflects site conditions, measurements, materials selected, and any project modifications requested by the customer.
  
  

3. Orders, Payments & Scheduling

• A signed contract and  deposit is required before scheduling installation for all projects.
  
  
• Payment in full is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  
• We accept approved forms of payment including credit card, check, or financing options (if available).
  
  
• Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and permitting.
  
  

4. Installation Services

• The property owner is responsible for ensuring accurate property boundaries, securing any required permits, and notifying Direct Fence of underground lines or private utilities.
  
  
• Direct Fence is not liable for property disputes, unmarked utilities, or site conditions beyond our control.
  
  
• We strive to complete projects efficiently and professionally, but timelines may shift due to weather, inspections, or supply chain issues.
  
  

5. Warranties

• Direct Fence offers a 2 year limited workmanship warranty on installations, details of which are included in your agreement.
  
  
• Material warranties are provided and clearly outlined on our contract template.
  
  
• Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, acts of nature, or unauthorized alterations.
  
  

6. Repairs and Service

• All repair and warranty requests must be submitted in writing to repairs@directfencedistributors.com.
  
  
• We respond to all service requests as quickly as possible, but timing may vary depending on season and workload.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• Direct Fence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  
  
• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the products or services purchased.
  
  

8. Privacy & Communications

• By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your project, including emails, phone calls, and text messages.
  
  
• Promotional text messages and emails will only be sent with your consent, and you may opt out at any time.
